Tato ot\u00e1zka stoj\u00ed v centru nov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kterou skupina STRADE publikovala v \u010dasopise Pattern Recognition, jednom z nejrespektovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010dasopis\u016f v oblasti po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9ho vid\u011bn\u00ed a strojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Identifikace skotu podle \u010dum\u00e1ku je slibn\u00e1 modalita pro chov a sledovatelnost zv\u00ed\u0159at, dosavadn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy v\u0161ak \u010dasto trp\u00ed zkreslen\u00edm zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm specifiky jednotliv\u00fdch dataset\u016f a omezen\u00edm na uzav\u0159enou mno\u017einu identit. V t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ci p\u0159edstavujeme rigor\u00f3zn\u00ed benchmark pro open-set verifikaci, kter\u00fd je navr\u017een tak, aby toto zkreslen\u00ed systematicky potla\u010dil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Metoda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Provedli jsme rozs\u00e1hlou abla\u010dn\u00ed studii, v n\u00ed\u017e jsme vyhodnotili vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed faktor\u016f: architektury (konvolu\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b versus vision transformery), vstupn\u00edho rozli\u0161en\u00ed a modern\u00edch ztr\u00e1tov\u00fdch funkc\u00ed s \u00fahlov\u00fdm marginem, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b ArcFace, CosFace a AdaFace. Celkem bylo porovn\u00e1no dvacet architektur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00fdsledky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify wp-block-paragraph\">V\u00fdsledky odhalily zaj\u00edmavou z\u00e1vislost mezi architekturou a rozli\u0161en\u00edm. P\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161en\u00ed (256 \u00d7 192) zv\u00fd\u0161ilo zarovn\u00e1n\u00ed podle kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch bod\u016f p\u0159esnost konvolu\u010dn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed a\u017e na 95,45 % (VGG11-BN s ArcFace). P\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161en\u00ed (384 \u00d7 384) sice Swin Transformer dos\u00e1hl nejlep\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdsledku 96,54 %, ov\u0161em pouze s explicitn\u00edm zarovn\u00e1n\u00edm, zat\u00edmco modern\u00ed konvolu\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b (nap\u0159\u00edklad MobileNetV3-L) dos\u00e1hly srovnateln\u00e9 p\u0159esnosti 96,14 % i na nezarovnan\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0159ezech. Citlivost na zarovn\u00e1n\u00ed se tedy ukazuje jako z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed architektu\u0159e: v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 je u Swin Transformeru, ale prakticky nep\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e1 u model\u016f DeiT a modern\u00edch konvolu\u010dn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00fdznam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e1ce ukazuje, \u017ee i s omezen\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm dat, kter\u00e9 je v t\u00e9to oblasti k dispozici, dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed transformery efektivn\u011b zachytit charakteristick\u00e9 rysy \u010dum\u00e1ku.
