Drahansk\u00fd \u0159e\u0161il diplomovou pr\u00e1ci na rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed otisk\u016f prst\u016f, zat\u00edmco dr. Ors\u00e1g se v\u011bnoval diplomov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci na rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed hlasu. Se zalo\u017een\u00edm v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 skupiny STRaDe a s postupn\u00fdm p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00edm student\u016f nejen na doktorsk\u00e9, ale i na magistersk\u00e9 \u010di bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 \u00farovni, jsme se za\u010dali zab\u00fdvat pom\u011brn\u011b rozs\u00e1hlou skupinou biometrick\u00fdch t\u00e9mat. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku to byly pr\u00e1v\u011b otisky prst\u016f a hlas. Posl\u00e9ze jsme opustili t\u00e9ma hlasu, av\u0161ak zah\u00e1jili jsme v\u00fdzkum v oblasti detekce \u017eivosti (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na prstech), rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed 3D obli\u010deje, 3D ruky a \u017eil prstu \u010di ruky, v\u00fdrobou r\u016fzn\u00fdch falzifik\u00e1t\u016f biometrick\u00fdch charakteristik, sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm a rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm duhovky a s\u00edtnice oka. D\u00e1le n\u00e1s za\u010dal zaj\u00edmat i vliv onemocn\u011bn\u00ed na proces rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed biometrick\u00fdch charakteristik, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u prst\u016f a charakteristik oka. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho v\u00fdzkumu je nejen n\u00e1vrh a implementace pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch algoritm\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed biometrick\u00fdch dat a n\u00e1vrh a konstrukce hardwaru pro biometrick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. D\u00edky \u00fa\u010dasti v mnoha biometrick\u00fdch projektech, v\u010detn\u011b testov\u00e1n\u00ed biometrick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f (nap\u0159. pro N\u00e1rodn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad), jsme z\u00edskali mnoho zku\u0161enost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme postupn\u011b sd\u00edleli v r\u00e1mci t\u00fdmu. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1me zku\u0161enosti s komentov\u00e1n\u00edm n\u00e1vrh\u016f pracovn\u00edch norem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">D\u00e1le jsme se v\u011bnovali i biomedic\u00ednsk\u00fdm dat\u016fm. Po\u010d\u00e1tky pr\u00e1ce na biomedic\u00ednsk\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch spadaj\u00ed do roku 2012, kdy se na\u0161e v\u00fdzkumn\u00e1 skupina STRaDe z\u00fa\u010dastnila projektu ICRC (Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed centrum klinick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu) v platform\u011b BME, kter\u00fd byl sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Fakultn\u00ed nemocnice u sv. Anny. Tento projekt skon\u010dil v roce 2015. V minulosti jsme se tak\u00e9 zab\u00fdvali aplikacemi pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a anal\u00fdzu echokardiografick\u00fdch medic\u00ednsk\u00fdch z\u00e1znam\u016f, detekci a zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed velikosti hematom\u016f pro chytr\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na platform\u011b Android a aplikacemi pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed datab\u00e1ze AHEAD (obsahuje podrobn\u00e1 data pacient\u016f trp\u00edc\u00edch n\u011bjak\u00fdm kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm). Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem je v\u0161ak v\u011bnov\u00e1n t\u00e9mat\u016fm detekce a rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee na prstech a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zejm\u00e9na s\u00edtnice, ale i duhovky oka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Na z\u00e1v\u011br nem\u016f\u017eeme opomenout dal\u0161\u00ed oblasti, do kter\u00fdch jsme v r\u00e1mci na\u0161ich \u010dinnost\u00ed pronikli, a tou je po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 vid\u011bn\u00ed a robotika. Po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 vid\u011bn\u00ed je \u00fazce prov\u00e1z\u00e1no s biometrick\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my. Pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed obrazu mnoha biometrick\u00fdch charakteristik je t\u0159eba vyu\u017e\u00edt kamerov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Principy zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdch dat jsou \u010dasto velmi podobn\u00e9 algoritm\u016fm a technik\u00e1m po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9ho vid\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f jsme dos\u00e1hli v r\u00e1mci \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed projekt\u016f Ministerstva pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu \u010cR (V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj technologi\u00ed pro inteligentn\u00ed optick\u00e9 sledovac\u00ed syst\u00e9my) a Ministerstva vnitra \u010cR (N\u00e1stroje a metody pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed videa a obrazu pro boj proti terorismu), jejich\u017e v\u00fdsledkem je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada produkt\u016f. V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o kamerov\u00fd syst\u00e9m s viditelnost\u00ed a\u017e na 8 km, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd na vojensk\u00e9m manipul\u00e1toru a p\u0159ipojen\u00fd k v\u00fdkonn\u00e9mu po\u010d\u00edta\u010di s GPU. Jeho sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je velk\u00e1 \u0161k\u00e1la aplikac\u00ed (algoritm\u016f) pro nap\u0159\u00edklad sledov\u00e1n\u00ed objekt\u016f (v\u010detn\u011b d\u00edl\u010d\u00edho pohybu za p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekami), stabilizaci obrazu ve videu, detekci a rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed definovan\u00fdch objekt\u016f (nap\u0159\u00edklad zbran\u011b, obli\u010deje), anonymizaci zvolen\u00fdch objekt\u016f ve videu, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed 3D dat atp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">V oblasti v\u00fdvoje hardwaru pro po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 vid\u011bn\u00ed m\u00e1me zku\u0161enosti jak s konstrukc\u00ed kamerov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u00e1len\u00fdch objekt\u016f, tak i s v\u00fdvojem desek plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f s DSP a FPGA pro syst\u00e9my PAL\/NTSC a FullHD. D\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee jsme se v t\u00e9to oblasti posouvali, stejn\u011b jako prob\u00edhal p\u0159echod z analogov\u00fdch kamer na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"text-justify\">V roce 2023 a 2024 do\u0161lo ve skupin\u011b k person\u00e1ln\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m, co\u017e vedlo k reorganizaci s c\u00edlem zachovat v\u00fdzkum v oblasti biometrie a podpo\u0159it jej talentovan\u00fdmi studenty z na\u0161\u00ed fakulty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Po\u010d\u00e1tky se datuj\u00ed do roku 2000, kdy doc.
